WHAT PERCENTAGE DO YOU TAKE FOR SELLING MY PRELOVED ITEMS?

We take 40% from each piece sold, whether it be $50 or $5,000.

WHAT IF I LIVE OUT OF THE “COLLECTION RADIUS”?

Unfortunately at present we only collect from Auckland CBD and surrounding areas. We are working on ways we can offer those who live outside of the Auckland pick up zone, collection services too.

In the mean time here are some ways you could get your pieces to us:

-Ask around to see if anyone you know is travelling to Auckland who could potentially take your items with them.

-Get some friends together and all chip in for a courier or postage to us here in Auckland

DO YOU HAVE A TIME LIMIT TO SELL MY PRE-LOVED PIECES?

The simple answer to this is no. Sometimes our pre-loved items fly out the door the same day they came in and other pieces can take up to a few months. It all depends on what clientele we have through the showroom that day and what they are looking for. We don’t mind as long as you don’t either.

*Please discuss with us before giving us your items if you are on a time constraint with the sale of your pre-loved wear so we can let you know if it will be possible to meet your needs.

AM I ABLE TO JUST TURN UP TO THE SHOWROOM AND TRY THINGS ON?

Our showroom is by appointment only. This is to allow our clients time to try on and think about their purchases without feeling rushed and to give you the ultimate shopping experience with your very own complimentary personal stylist and celebrity style “closed store shopping”. We are also aware most of our pieces are one offs so by having minimal people in the showroom at once means we don’t run the risk of multiple clients trying to purchase the same garment.

Can I book for a Friend or loved one?

You sure can. Sometimes getting your wardrobe sorted can all be a little too much. If you’ve got someone you’d like to help, give us a call to see how we can help out.

I’M NOT IN NZ, CAN I STILL SHOP WITH YOU ONLINE?

Yes, absolutely! We ship anywhere internationally, cost is at buyers expense and will be added to your total purchase price.

I’VE RECENTLY TRANSITIONED AND NEED HELP WITH MY NEW LOOK. ARE YOU ABLE TO ASSIST ME WITH PUTTING A NEW WARDROBE TOGETHER FOR THIS EXCITING PHASE OF MY LIFE?

I WORK LONG HOURS DURING THE WEEK SO CAN’T DO WEEKDAYS. do you do the wardrobe consults on WEEKENDS/afterhours?

We certainly do. We understand work, family and life commitments can take up a lot of your time in life which is why we’ve made ourselves available during the weekends and after work hours during some weekdays.

i know how to cull my wardrobe of things i don’t like but need help with putting outfits together, is this something you do?

Yes, putting outfits together for you so you never have to ask yourself “what do I wear?” is one of our specialties. We can also take images of the looks you love so you always have them on hand to choose from when getting ready.

I HAVE A HEALTH CONDITION THAT MEANS MY WEIGHT FLUCTUATES REGULARLY, DO YOU KNOW HOW TO WORK WITH SOMEONE LIKE ME AND WHAT IS YOUR EXPERIENCE WITH CHRONIC PAIN CONDITIONS?

100% we can help with this! I am so happy you asked this question. We have multiple clients who have a range of health conditions, some of whom we’ve created a “dual” wardrobe for based on when they’re at their best and when they’re experiencing chronic pain or receiving treatment. For some this has been an “Endo” wardrobe where our clients have needed more flexibility in their stomach and lower back areas with garments so they provide some relief to the discomfort already being experienced. For others it’s been a “treatment” wardrobe filled with comfortable clothes they can travel long distances to the hospitals in or whilst in the chair during chemotherapy. Whatever your needs are, we’re more than happy to help you find ways to look good when you’re feeling your worst.

DO YOU DO ANY CHARITABLE WORK? IF SO HOW CAN I NOMINATE SOMEONE FOR YOUR SERVICES?

We are aware that not everyone has the budget for a personal stylist let alone enough for a new preloved wardrobe which is why when we collect garments from our wonderful clients we make sure they let us know what pieces they would be happy to donate should the need arise. We donate our time to style the nominated person and our clients donate the clothes.

We also have a Koha rack in store which allows anyone shopping with us to choose how much they pay for an item and 100% of proceeds go to one of our 3 chosen charities listed below.
